Kurzfassung:
Value at Risk ist ein verbreitetes Mass zur Erfassung des Marktrisikos von
Finanzgeschaeften. Die fortschreitende Verwendung von Value at Risk
aehnlichen
Massen fuer die Erfassung von Kreditrisiken legt es nahe, fuer Portfolios
von
Finanzgeschaeften ein einheitliches Mass zu verwenden, das Markt- und
Kreditrisiken gleichzeitig erfasst.
Anhand von Beispielen wird die Bedeutung eines solchen einheitlichen
Masses
insbesondere fuer Portfolios, die Finanz- und Kreditderivative enthalten,
dargelegt. Die Auswirkungen unterschiedlicher Liquiditaet in verschiedenen
Marktsegmenten auf die Vereinheitlichung von Markt- und
Kreditrisikomessung
werden aufgezeigt und Loesungsansaetze fuer die sich daraus ergebenden
Probleme werden vorgeschlagen.
