There is a Post-Doc position on offer at the Faculty of Mathematics at University of Vienna, funded by the Austrian Science Fund (2 years, salary approx 37.000 Euro/year after taxes).

Primary collaboration partner is Daniel Bartl and research is mostly focused on statistical aspects in optimal transport, optimization, and mathematical finance. Collaboration with other members of the group, in particular Julio Backhoff, Mathias Beiglboeck and Walter Schachermayer and their students, is possible and welcome
