Your Tasks

• Supporting operating VIG companies to enable them to achieve technical excellence in life and health insurance
• Active exchange of information with the VIG companies, e.g. on business developments in the areas of life and health insurance
• Actively consulting companies in order to optimise their life insurance portfolios
• Developing coverage plans and implementing them in the health insurance segment in CEE
• Providing actuarial support in the health ecosystem
• Participating in due diligence activities
• Performing risk analyses
• Structuring and coordinating the transfer of know-how within the VIG Group

• According to the regulations of the Equal Treatment Act, we state the minimum wage based on the Collective Agreement, which is in a range of € 2 628,27 gross per month. Of course, a higher salary is commensurate with the professional experience and qualification of the chosen candidate. The remuneration package is market-compliant.

Your Profile

• At least five years' professional experience at an operating insurance company in the field of life or health insurance
• Experience in product development, underwriting or claims management
• Experience in international cooperation as well as implementation of new products and collaboration with distribution partners
• Education in actuarial mathematics is an advantage
• Good knowledge of MS-Office, especially in Macro Excel
• Entrepreneurial and strategic mentality
• Solutions-oriented, highly responsible and structured approach
• Strong social skills and a good team player
• High level of independence and dedication, and strong focus on service
• Very good communication skills in English, CEE language is an advantage
• Willingness to travel (primarily in the CEE region)
