Senior Structuring & Execution (w/m/d)

Key Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for origination and structuring across a range of infrastructure sectors acrott EMEA, including market research, directing due dilligence, preparation of credit committee papers and negotiation of documentation to completion of transaction.
• Manage client relationships through active client dialogue and transaction execution.
• Analyze business models and oversee financial analysis and modeling.
• Supervise and train analysts and associates.

Requirements

• Experience (10+ yrs) in infrastructure project finance, venture capital or development equity.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to manage the deal from sourcing all the way to successful closing.
• Superior analytical aptidue, creative problem-solving abilities.
• Solutions focused, with drive and determination to succeed in a competitve environment.
• Excellent communication and client facing skills.

The position is governed by the collective agreement for banks and bankiers. The monthly basic minimum salary is EUR 4.300,07 gross based on the requirements mentioned above. A market compliant overpament is of course possible, depending on your experience and qualifications.
