We are looking for a new colleague to support our Risk Controlling Team in Vienna:

Risk Controller (f/m/d)

What you can expect:

  • Being a part of RCB's dynamic Risk Management Team with diversified and challenging assignments
  • Independent work in cross-functional projects to solve complex tasks in agile teams
  • Further development and performing of RCB's risk measurement, limiting and reporting framework with focus on Market -, Liquidity -, Counterparty Credit risk
  • Analysis, interpretation and implementation of regulatory requirements and RBI Group Directives
  • Developing and implementation of risk controlling processes for the new digital-only retail banking business line in RCB
  • Further improve data-based decision making processes in our data and quantitative driven organization
  • Preparation of reports and proposals to support executive management's decision process in reaction to capital market developments and events

What you bring to the table:

  • University degree in Finance (or similar) or in a quantitative field
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience, ideally in the Risk Controlling area
  • Strong knowledge of capital markets and/or retail banking products
  • Good understanding of CRR II and related regulatory requirements
  • High data affinity and programming experience
  • Excellent command of English; German as an advantage
  • Strong team player, curious and analytic mindset and result oriented working approach
