In order to push business performance and pro-active data-based sales throughout all sales channels of the Corporate business line, an increased number of (advanced) analytics models and sales initiatives have been developed. To strengthen this approach, we search for a

Data & Analytics Specialist - Corporate Banking (f/m/x)

What you can expect:

• Compile/ Join/ Explore data out of various sources using R, Python, VBA and/or other programming languages
• Support the definition of new descriptive analytics use cases for the Corporate Business Line together with Sales- and Product Managers
• Perform predictive analysis based on large pools of data with the goal to predict certain ground truth/ target variable
• Act as business expert for model developers working within Non-Retail AA Tribe
• Design Dashboards & Reports in Data Visualization Tools (e.g. QlikSense, Power BI)
• Act as Competence Center for Data Visualization within the department
• Deploy new data insights to all sales channels throughout 14 RBI countries
• Run reporting out of central data sources

What you bring to the table:

• University degree is an advantage but not required if functional/ statistical/ technical skills are proven
• Thorough understanding of Excel including Visual Basic and R; excellent MS Office skills
• Mathematical/statistical background to build expert models and challenge Advanced Analytics models (e.g. via performance of A/B Testing)
• Data base query language (SQL)
• Basic understanding of data base architecture & structure
• General business-/ banking-/ sales management experience is a plus
• Experience with Data Visualization tool(s) is a benefit
