Internship - Junior Software Tester (f/m/d)

Intermarket Bank AG is the specialized bank within Erste Group responsible for covering the whole set of Supply Chain Finance products. Intermarket is responsible to cover the whole end to end process for these product bundle. Based on the history of course Factoring and Reverse Factoring are the anchor products for Intermarket Bank AG. In the future also further SCF products like Dynamic Discounting, Inventory Finance and participations to third party SCF providers are part of the product portfolio.

At the moment Intermarket Bank AG is replacing its 20+ years old legacy system with a standard state of the art front- and backend system from a third party vendor. We are looking for a full time or part time (minimum: 25 hours per week) employed person to help the Business Analysts to assess software quality. You will be responsible for executing test scripts, detecting and reporting errors and re- testing. To get prepared for the job you will be trained in many aspects of Supply Chain Finance.

Your tasks:

• Design and develop test requirements, test descriptions and test cases
• Analyzing users stories and use cases regarding validity and feasibility
• Execute test scripts and analyze and document results
• Detect and track software defects and inconsistencies
• Documentation and reporting of technical issues
• Collaborate closely with other team members and departments

Your background:

• Experience in data analysis
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Problem-solving skills
• Good time- management skills
• Team player with attention to details
• Very good knowledge in MS Office
• Fluent in German and English
