KEY CLIENT MANAGER

Mission

The Key Client Manager is responsible in the dealing room for defining DEFI's client sales strategy in close co-operation with the sales teams and the operational departments.

The Key Client Manager is in charge of:

  • Determining the key-clients for DEFI : banks, institutional investors,
  • Drawing up DEFI Strategy vis-a-vis the key clients. This will include
  • Drawing up the cartography of contacts and potential customers, based primarily on an in-depth analysis of the different segments,
  • Optimising the sales coverage with the business originators, structurers, traders and sales team,
  • Organising appropriate action plans and reviewing accounts on a regular basis.

Education

The ideal candidate will be a graduate from business, engineering or economics school or university. Fluent English and German or Italian are a must, French a plus.

Further Information

This position, available on the basis of a minimum fixed-term contract of 18 months, will allow the successful candidate to obtain first-hand knowledge of sales actions and the complex financial structuring techniques of Debt Finance. Moreover, as part of his or her job responsibilities, the Key Client Manger will be in permanent contact with the various business lines and functions (structurers, salespersons, traders, etc.) which will help the person to determine his or her future carer orientation. After 18 months, the candidate will have the opportunity to join one of the sales teams in the dealing room.
