Mission statementWhat we are looking for… a dynamic, driven Senior HFT Quantitative Trader/Researcher to work in collaboration with our engineers, data scientists and quantitative traders. We are currently looking for people with experience developing and running systematic strategies in the HFT space. The ideal candidate will be able to analyze existing trading strategies and identify areas of improvement. They will also be able to develop their own trading strategies and take them from hypothesis to production. The candidate must have a strong mathematical background. They must have a good understanding of the engineering problems faced by an HFT business and be able to collaborate with senior developers in overcoming these challenges. If the candidate has run systematic strategies in the HFT space they should be able to demonstrate the performance of the strategies. Job description
